Kids clean up when they can reach the shelf and recognize the label. We build to their height and their reading level, not yours.

For the sorting, yes if they are over four. It is the part that makes it stick.
Will you throw away their things?
Never without them. Kids get the final say on their own toys.
What about the mountain of art?
We photograph it, keep a small archive box, and let the rest go.
