Terms of Service

These terms apply to all home organizing services provided by Clara Luz Organizing in Nashville, Tennessee and the surrounding areas.

Quotes and pricing

Every project begins with a free consultation, after which you receive a written plan with a fixed price and a session count. That price does not change unless the scope of the work changes and you agree to it in writing.

Products and materials

Containers, labels and storage products are not included in the service price. You may purchase them yourself from a list we provide, or we can source them and bill them at cost.

Your belongings

Nothing is discarded, donated or removed from your home without your explicit consent. You retain ownership and final say over every item at all times.

Cancellation

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice are rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged at 50 percent of the session rate.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for the condition of items we did not handle.
